4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to generate fraudulent legal documents, circumvent legal obligations, or engage in any unlawful activity. All generated documents should be reviewed by a qualified attorney.
5. Intellectual Property
Documents generated through our platform are owned by you. CaseForge retains rights to the underlying technology, AI models, algorithms, and platform.
6. Attorney-Client Privilege
CaseForge is designed to maintain attorney-client privilege. We do not access, review, or use your document content for any purpose other than providing the service. Data is processed in isolated environments.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
CaseForge Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our platform provides AI-assisted analysis and should not be considered legal advice. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
